All prices are listed on this site are United States dollars (USD).
We do our best to provide detailed and accurate product information that includes descriptions, photographs and MP3 or video demonstrations (when applicable) to help with your purchase. All product images are represented as accurately as possible. All MP3 product files are recorded with a single microphone and are raw audio files, ie. they have not be manipulated at all. Every effort is taken to ensure an accurate audio representation of the instruments, however what a microphone records and what is heard when playing the instrument can vary.
There are no automated email responses from www.jeremycloake.com. All orders are personally handled. Orders are placed by clicking on a button link that sends you to an email page where you will complete your details. Once completed you will receive an email response requesting more information from you. Once this has been received by us we will email you the total amount of your order including freight charges and instructions with how to make payment. Once we have received payment we dispatch your order and send you an email with the tracking details of your order, if applicable. If there will be a delay in shipping your order, or if the item(s) you ordered are not available, we will notify you by email within 2 business days.
PRODUCT PAYMENTS AND TERMS:
All payments are to be made with Paypal. Once we receive your cleared payment, your order will be processed and dispatched, usually within 2 business days. In the event that your order cannot be dispatched within 2 business days you will be notified by email prior to payment being made.
When getting a piece commissioned, your specific order is placed by emailing us and we will reply with an estimate of how much time is required to complete what you want. If you agree to that, a 20% non-refundable deposit is payable before the piece is started and the balance (including freight) when the piece is finished. Jeremy Cloake often has a queue of orders to make and/or supply, therefore this can take some time, depending on how busy he is.
GUARANTEE & RETURN POLICY:
All of the products here are top quality. If for some reason there is a defect in workmanship of any of the products listed here, www.jeremycloake.com offers a full credit, repair or replacement guarantee for the cost of the goods. This does not include freight charges. The term defect is used here to describe the functionality of the product and is not inclusive of aesthetic irregularities, which are often a feature of the products listed here.
In the unlikely event that you should you find a defect with you purchase, you have 7 days from receiving your item to notify www.jeremycloake.com. If the goods are deemed to be defective by us, you will be issued with a credit and/or the goods will be returned and/or repaired/replaced. This will be at the discretion of www.jeremycloake.com.
Freight costs for the original sending of the package remain the responsibility of the purchaser. The purchaser agrees to pay for the freight of any goods to or from under this guarantee. The purchaser agrees to contact www.jeremycloake.com before returning goods under this guarantee to receive a return authorisation.
This guarantee does not cover damage due to neglect, misuse, abuse or accident. All returned goods must be in a saleable, as new condition.
INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT AND INSURANCE:
Are there any extra costs?
Most countries have an importation tax that is calculated as a percentage of the total amount of the purchase price of your item. Sometimes this also includes the freight cost of your item. This tax is payable by the receiver of the goods. Importation taxes vary between countries so check if you are unsure. www.jeremycloake.com does not accept responsibility for payment of any customs duties, charges or taxes should it be levied in the customer's country.
Can I track my order?
Yes, all orders are sent with TNT and/or New Zealand post and will have a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to traceable on the respective companies websites from when the package is scanned at the point of departure to when it arrives at your address. We email the tracking number to you once your order is dispatched.
Can you ship my order to a post box?
Smaller items can be sent to a post box. Larger products such as instruments need to be sent to a residential or business address as the freight company require a signature on delivery.
How long after I place my order will it be sent?
As fast as we can without compromising packaging quality. Usually product orders are dispatched within 2 days or receiving payment.
How long will it take to arrive?
Normally between 6 and 10 days, depending on the location and the freight service.
Are orders insured?
Yes, all orders shipped are fully insured against loss or damage.
What are the freight charges?
The freight charges vary depending on the location it is going to and the size and weight of the package. Freight costs of any product are sent to the purchaser before any payment is made. We choose the most economical method depending on what you order.
Is there online support?
Yes, when purchasing products that require assembly www.jeremycloake.com offers online support through skype video calling.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ORDERS:
In the unlikely event of an incorrect order or an item missing from an order, the purchaser must notify www.jeremycloake.com within 7 days of delivery. It is the responsibility of www.jeremycloake.com to arrange the correct or missing item or items to be shipped at no extra cost to the purchaser. The cost of returning any incorrect items is the responsibility of www.jeremycloake.com.
If an item is damaged upon arrival, you must notify us within 7 working days of delivery. You are required to keep all boxes and packaging for possible inspection by the freight company. Details of the damage will be taken and the claim processed between www.jeremycloake.com and the shipping company. It is our responsibility to replace the damaged item free of charge.
